Sweet Friends,

It has beginning to look like Christmas

since Dec. 1st, but we are hoping that it

 will be the end of Christmas decorating

soon........lol

Note: Still not there yet!!  lol

Hope you are coming along better

than we are.  I have relaxed my

expectations for this year!!  lol

Thankful hubby was able to get all the outside 

lights and our manger scene done on Saturday.

Didn't really know it till after he did it, but

we are gonna have rain for 2-3 days, so

very happy it's done.

Thankful hubby did the offeratory thought 

and prayer this morning at church and

did a great job.

Thankful I have gotten a lil more christmas decorating done.  Not breaking any records

but steady plodding gets the job done

hopefully.  lol

Note:

Wanted to finish today (Thurs.) but since

lil darling was in a Christmas program

tonight, so decided not to, so I could hope

fully have the energy to go to it,  but got

a surprise stomach problem, so am home,

bummer, but gonna work on hubbies 

Christmas card, and pray she does great,

 and that Hubby and my Son have a

 good time together as they all go out

to din din.

Thankful for another trip to chiropractor.

Looks like I am gonna be doing 2X a week

 for another month.  Can't lie and say I am 

super happy about that, but whatever

gets me in tip top shape, and I am

so thankful for my chiropractors.

Thankful for a video I watched about

my chiropractor, as she had this same

problem herself in 2024, and she told

her story,  it was very encouraging to

me.  It took her almost a year to heal

completely. Course, think she was maybe

 way worse than me. So made me know 

I did not want to rush things.............cause

 you know how we are, we want it gone

and quickly!!

Thankful for what I thought was a

Christmas card, but was very sweet and encouraging Get Well card from a sweet 

and precious elderly lady friend at our 

church. I am laughing at myself for saying

 elderly, cause I am described that way 

now too, but She is a lil more elderly

 than me. lol

Thankful for something we heard yesterday

that I hadn't even known I missed.  

Church Bells.....my chiropractors office is

right in back of a beautiful Catholic

church, and Walmart market is right

across the street from the church so we

were going there to get a few things and

all of the sudden we heard the church

bells,  not sure why, maybe a wedding

or practice for a Christmas program

maybe, but whatever the reason it was

just such a lovely blast and blessing

from the past.  Just so lovely!!

Have no idea how long it has been

since I have heard church bells ringing.

Thankful for this beautiful Christmas music

 video I came across today by what some would

 by accident,  but I think it was by divine

direction. It was just what I needed to sit and

relax to......as I was using a gadget for my

back and had to sit still anyway,  so it was

simply perfect and peaceful.  Hubby loved

it too.  Here is a link,  if you feel stressed

or worn out, please take at least 10 mins

or so and sit and listen and watch.  It is

really lovely, and a great reminder of why

we celebrate Christmas. You want be sorry!!

Thankful that after lil darlings Christmas

 program they got take out and came back to

 our house.  It was late, but nice to still

have dinner with them and definitely

better than not seeing them. I just love

and appreciate how supportive my family

 is..... it made me cry........good tears of joy.

Thankful for the beautiful sunny and 

70 degree day, as it has been rainy

 and wintry looking skies for days now.

So we got out and got some sunshine

 today, (my brand of red light theraphy! 

 l0l) It just felt so amazingly good......

Thankful my SIL Susan is feeling much

better,  she was under the weather there

for a few days.

Thankful I am feeling pretty good today

and hoping to finish up decorating today.

Just have to finish the living room. Now

I am needing to add some more exercise

into the mix...............and that's important.

Note:  So Didn't happen.  lol
