Greetings Sweet Friends,
Hope this finds you all well, and
excitedly decorating for Christmas.
I am way behind, as far as decorations
go, but I am determined to not let it
frustrate me. Cause I love doing it, but
this year with my back issues it is
a very slow process for sure, and may
not all get done, but if not,
we will live...............lol
Pictures today are of our Thanksgiving
table this year. It all started with these cute
napkins I found at Target. It was a bit
more simple this year..........
but festive all the same.
So on with my Thankfuls...
#1
Thankful that our Daughters sister-in-love
and baby are doing well. She had some
complications and instead of a Christmas
baby she got a Thanksgiving baby.
Thankfully baby was almost 5 pds. so
she is in Nicu ward, but I would think
able to come home fairly soon.
Note: Mom and Baby are home now
and doing fine.
#2
Thankful that we had such a fun and
lovely Thanksgiving, great times, great
loved ones, and great memories. Always
great being with family.
#3
Thankful that our Daughter is going
to come on Wed. for a few days and
then at Christmas too. We are very
excited since it has been 4 mos. since
we have seen her, and we were supposed
to go visit, when my back problems started.
#4
Thankful we got all our Fall Decor down
and packed and put away on Friday.
#5
Thankful that we did get the Christmas
things down today (Sat), and I put out
a few things mostly pillows, and have
located the Christmas balls just in case
I can get lil darling to decorate our tree
for us. Had to stop cause I was feeling
like I was getting sciatica pain, so gotta
lay low, so hoping tomorrow will be
better. Have been quite busy this week,
so it has finally caught up to me.
Oh Nooooooooooo!! lol
Also had these cute lil scrapbooking pcs.,
#6 and 7
Thankful I was feeling better and was
able to go to church today, it was all
gussied up for Christmas, and looked
fantastic, as we have some very talented
decorators. Thankful that afterwards
we went to return some pants we got
for lil darling that were too big, cause
we somehow got the wrong size. So
while at TJ Maxx, we did a lil more
Christmas shopping for lil darling,
so just about finished
Then ran to Sam's to buy the meat for
Christmas Dinner and found a few
other things for different people, so
it was nice to get all that done before
Dec. 1st, which is tomorrow!! YAY
#8
Thankful for a nice leisurely dinner
at Carrabba's afterwards cause we
were starving and tired, cause we had
not had lunch and it almost 4 PM.
and food of course, taste really good
when you are really hungry.
#9
Thankful that we ran into our sweet
neighbors across the street at Sam's
and talked awhile, then thankful we
had a young man we have had a few
times before as our server, he is such
a sweet kid and truly a delight, and
he is a great server and communicator.
He is always a blessing, and so are
our neighbors........
#10
Incredibly Thankful for lil darling,
she came over to do school and on
breaks she decorated our Christmas
tree, and helped with other things
as well.........it was so helpful, as I am
really having to take at easy because
I sort of overdid over Thanksgiving.
She is just such a priceless treasure,
This is the first time in a long time
or maybe never that our tree was
not only up, but decorated!!
So I am over the moon grateful....

and then go over to their house to see
their Christmas decorations. They did
a great job as always, Lovely.
