Thankful for our lil brown bunny and
that he is still around and safe. He has
been very feisty lately, and running around
and we find him quite entertaining!!
Course, we are easily entertained!! lol
#2
Thankful for our beautiful home of
many years. It has been such a blessing.
#3
Thankful our Spring/Summer decor is all
packed away, and the Fall decorating
can now begin.
#4
Thankful to have been contacted by someone
who is gonna be running for an Interim
commissioner position in our city, (the
current person resigned) and we didn't
even know about it, until I got an email.
We were able to have a chance to share
that we would like to have him take that
place, as he used to be a Commissioner
for our city before and did a good job,
So hopefully he will be the choice!

Thankful that I have gotten all my Fall
things out and have gotten started
on my Fall decorating. I enjoy
this so much...........

Thankful for a lil Guava Pie hubby
saw at the grocery store and bought
for me. He knows I like Guava, and
it was my first time to ever have it
and it was really good. Thankful
he surprises me with things like
that at times. Always nice to get
a sweet surprise!

Thankful once again for my handy hubby.
We have had this bad odor coming out of
our sink drain in the bathroom. He did
some research and decided it must be
coming from what they call the P- trap.
So he got a new one and replaced it.
Like magic that foul smell is gone.
Halleleujah! My Hero............

Thankful that we had to call our A/C
company because our A/C fan just
kept running 24 hrs. a day, fortunately,
they told us our warranty was running
out in just 3 days on Labor Day. So
they had to order the parts and would
come out next Tuesday to fix it. Mean
while, thankfully we still had air.....
Note: Well, they came back out on
Tuesday as they said they would, only
the technician said he was told they had
to ask for $1440 before they installed
it in case, the A/C company didn't pay
the warranty, and that we would get the
money back if they paid.
Our response was of course, what??
It was in warranty last Friday, so
why would they think they wouldn't
pay it? Anyway, we said No, and
we called the A/C company and they
wouldn't resend their decision, and we
tried several different prompts on
their phone system to try and talk
with someone iin the upper chain
command but every prompt we tried
no one was available, all this while the
technicians were waiting and then
they called the technicians and he
talked to them and they still said we
had to pay the $$, so we of course said
No, and they left. We have been with
this Company for almost 45 yrs. and
they have installed 3 A/C units in our
home over that time, and we have our
A/C serviced every year and we have
referred many people to them as they
have always given us exemplary service,
so this was disappointing and almost
felt like a slap in the face, but we
believe the Lord is in this situation
especially because we called about
this problem and we didn't even
know it was about to go out of our
warranty. So we are giving it a
day or two, and hubby is drafting
a letter to them, which we will send
so they must sign for it, and then
we will go from there. hoping
for the best...........and thankful
and interested to see what the
Lord is up to in this circumstance.
