Morning Sweet Friends,

Hope you are all enjoying these last

days of Summer. If you live anywhere

that is super hot, it might be more like

enduring it than enjoying it. lol... but life

 goes on no matter the circumstance.

So on with my Thankfuls.............

Thankful that hubby and Son were

able to get our kitchen light fixed.

Love seeing them work together.

Thankful the carpeting was installed

in lil darlings bedroom and it looks so nice. 

Things are becoming more real this week, and from now on....... It's an exciting time for all 

of us, but especially for our Son and

 lil darling.  We feel like we are living

out a version of HGTV, it's busy, tiring

but very exciting to see it happen

Thankful the flooring is also being

 laid, half way thru the master bedroom

and now into the living and dining

room area.  Looking Very Nice.

Thankful that we got more work done

down at Susans, Got the utility room and

 the living room and most of the dining

room painted with primer. Guys had

to remove the bathroom throne so they

can tile in there, and our Son had to

do some more floor scraping, they finally

gave Him a tool that works well, so 

Praise the Lord for that. Those old

 floors have really held up progress, 

so we are so thankful, and I am sure

 our Son is even more thankful that

 is now a done deal.

Thankful that we all had dinner

together again last night.  That is at

least another way we can help out.

Thankful we got to see lil darling this

week, as we were missing her.  She starts

back to school on Tuesday next week,

and will be playing volleyball again.

Thankful that there is a God in heaven,

 who has the whole world in HIS hands,

 as the song says. Knowing Him makes

all the difference in life and especially

during these crazy times we are living in.

Thankful for a short but quiet and peaceful

time sitting in the back yard, with the sun

going in and out cause of the rain clouds

 building.  There was no noise at all, and I fell

 asleep, only to wake to an ATV or something

 mildly making sound in the background.  Also

 got a few lil sprinkles from the sky.  

So refreshing!!

Thankful we have been sleeping like rocks

these last weeks, guess it is because of

all that work we are doing at Susan's.

or whatever it is we are sleeping deeply,

and that is a good thing.

Thankful for a new series we found to watch

 called "Sugar Creek Amish mysteries" on "up

 faith and family".  We have seen 4 so far, and

 they are very clean and each one has a good

 but different story line, with good characters.

Thankful to actually get some Vit D

from the sun itself today.....it actually

stayed out long enough,  before the

clouds started rolling in......

YAY,  Mr. Sun........

Thankful for Air Conditioning all the

time here in Florida, but especially

in this Summer time heat. It would

be awful without it, for sure.
