Good Morning Sweet Friends,
How are you doing? Well, I hope.
Hope you are enjoying your Spring weather
where ever you live. Been a lovely week
here. Also, the last half of the week has
been a bit lighter emotionally, as well.
Susan seems to be more lucid this week,
even tho she is still very forgetful about
the recent past, and despite, no improve-
ment with her legs. She seems better in
some ways, and more content now, that
she is not having to do therapy and the
other things comfort care allows, and
for that we are very grateful.

Thankful Susan's lawn man did
her yard and will be staying on.
Another base covered.

Thankful that Susan's new nite
gowns came today and some more
will come tomorrow. These will
hopefully make her more comfy.
Note: They are making her more
comfy it seems.
Thankful for a nice comfy bed to
climb into at the end of the day.
Just feels heavenly...........

Thankful for a sweet and fun time
with our Son and Lil darling over
the weekend. We had a salad and
pizza night, did some card playing
and watched some "neighborhood watch"
and some dry bar comedy. Have to
say hubby and I really needed that,
it is always a blessing but even more
so this week, as it has been a bit of
a heavy week.

Thankful our Son was so sweet to cut
some branches off our Oak tree out back,
and it looks so much better as it has
sort of been bugging me. lol

Thankful for Pixabay and "Unsplash"
where I get all the delightful pictures
for my blog and greeting cards.
Thankful to have my bunnies and eggs
all packed away till next year, truthfully
I always sad to see them go.....but it was
time for the birdies and nests now. lol
So busy filling in the empty spots......
Keeps me on my feet.....
which is a very good thing!! lol

Thankful that Susan and we are
happy with the nursing/rehab center
where she is staying. That is such
a blessing.

Thankful for "The America reads the
Bible "event that is going on until
April 29th. What a neat idea, we
have watched it, and there were so
many excellent readers. We were so
happy that we were able to catch
President Trump read in 2nd
Chronicles. I am sure the Lord is
so pleased with who ever came up
with this great idea. Great way to
celebrate the birth of our nation.

Thankful to get out and water all
our plants in the yard with the hose,
even washed down all our windows
out front. I love doing that and it has
been awhile, so that was such a joy
to my heart, and we clipped a few
things back, as well. At our age,
and with my issues have to just
do a wee bit at a time, which is so
hard, cause I love working in the
yard this time of year, but know if
I am not careful I will pay on the
installment plan. lol Was extra
sleepy tonight, kept falling asleep
as we were watching TV, must
have been all the fresh air.
It was also a lovely day out.

Thankful for a new revelation about
a stray cat that keeps coming into our
yard, that I sort of shoo her away cause
I am concerned she will get our sweet
brown bunnies. She was out there this
morning laying in the sun and rolling
around and I thought I saw a collar
on her and then when she got up she
not only had a collar but a pretty good
size bell on the collar, and hubby said
well, we don't have to be concerned about
the bunnies cause they can hear her
coming now, and also, I want need to
shoo her away anymore, as I did feel
sort of bad about it. lol
