Greetings Sweet Friends,
Here is the scriptures for the day,
just a wee bit late!! lol
Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth.
Worship the LORD with gladness;
come before him with joyful songs.
Know that the LORD is God.
It is he who made us, and we are his ;
we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving and
his courts with praise; give thanks to him
and praise his name.
For the LORD is good and his love
endures forever; his faithfulness continues
through all generations.
Psalm 100:1-5
Have a lovely week,
Hi, Nellie.
ReplyDeleteI surely praise Him for belonging to His salvation! I also praise Him for His promise that, "All things work for the good to those who love the LORD and are called for His purposes!" Romans 8:28 Love you, Susan
Yes, Susan he is certainly worthy of all our praise and Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing,
Love, Nellie
Hello Nellie! Thank you so much for coming by my blog! It's always so nice to read your sweet comments. Yes, God is great and has been so good to my family. My Dad is doing fantastic. No sign of any problems. He's only on one medication now. And his cardiologist will start taking him off this one at the next appointment. He's doing so great that none of his doctors can believe it. It's because it has nothing to do with medicine and everything to do with God. My Dad and Mom have such strong incredible faith. They both knew this would be nothing and that my Dad would come out on the other end all fixed. And they are right. We are being blessed left and right here! LOL! Life is very good. I hope you are being blessed too. Have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeletelots of hugs,
Caroline
Wondering how your week unfolded....
ReplyDeleteAre you over that sinus infection?
Ours has seemed to fly by! Blessed by so many little, ordinary things!
Hi Caroline,
ReplyDeleteSo good to hear from you hon, and your welcome, always love coming by to see what you
are up to.....
So happy to hear your Dad is continuing to do so well....yea, Drs. don't quite know what
to do when God does the work, most of the time they seem pretty shocked. The last time
we were in to see our Cardiologist and he gave hubby good news I said Praise the Lord,
and he stopped and looked at me and said yes, praise the Lord, he also gave us hugs when
we came in and hugs when we went out, and he has never done that before and he even gave
me one of the nicest compliments I have ever gotten from anyone, so we clearly think he
has come to know the Lord.....he works with a lot of Christian girls and he has seen
the Lord do a number of miraculous things in my hubbies life as well as reading the
book we gave him called "Heaven is for real". So that was incredibly exciting to see.
I am sure your parents have probably been an amazing witness to all his Drs.as well.
Cool opportunities.....
You are so right about how things turned out with your Dad and my hubby, Our Dr. always
says It's one of the best thing that ever happened to you, and we have to say yes, it was.
God is very Good to all His children, we too, feel so blessed......
It is just such a JOY and Blessings to know JESUS and would never want to do life without
Him..........
You take Good care hon, and so delighted to hear your good news. Keep making those
darling doll houses you create, they are such a delight.....
Love and Blessings, Nellie
Hi Rebecca,
ReplyDeleteThanks for coming by and thanks for being so sweet to ask how I am......I am feeling much
better.....I started running our air purifier and that helped a bunch and then we got 2
days of rain that washed pollen away thankfully and now are oak trees have new leaves so
hoping that will be the end of the pollen for now anyway.
I know what you mean about the time, my heavens I can hardly believe we are at March 26th
already.......where has the time gone
and isn't that so true that God does bless us so much with so many little ordinary things
in life......and they are such a delight.....so glad you are enjoying those, I think some
times people are so busy they just completely miss them.....
Well, you have a great week ahead and I will come visit soon, hon,
Blessings, Nellie
