Happy Thankful Thursday
SweetFriends,
How are ya?? Been a good week?
Ours was busy but good.
Pictures today are of Fun Whimsical Houses.
They fascinate me for some reason......
Saw some and thought they were also nice eye candy.
Enjoy!!
Now on with my Thankfuls.................
#1
Thankful we got to visit with the same long time friends
as we saw a few weeks ago, we met them in another
city to get her hubbies phone back to them. My hubby
had done her's a few weeks back and wanted to make
sure the cell service he set them up with would work
well where they live, before he did her hubbies phone,
as they are 2 or so hours away from where we live.
#2
Thankful for a good time being with them again,
and for a nice late lunch at Sonny's barbecue that
was sweetly their treat. We camped out for about
3 hrs. there, since hardly anyone goes there at that
time of the day. So it worked out great....
#3
Thankful hubby could mow the lawn finally.....
since it has been raining every day.
#4
Thankful for riding lawnmowers, weed eaters,
and blowers hat make yard work much easier.
#5
Thankful for a new drybar comedian we discovered.
His name is Mike Goodwin, and he is hilarious.
You can find him on U-tube. Just type in
Mike Goodwin
and you should see drybar comedy with his name.
He is a christian and his comedy is very clean
and refreshingly very funny. We all need
a good laugh these days, and the bible tells us
in Proverbs a cheerful heart is good medicine.

Thankful for a great day and sermon at church
this Sunday, and thankful we got to see a young man
named Daniel and his sweet wife and 3 lil girls as well.
He had attended our church his whole life, until he
got married and moved away. They live about 35 mins.
away now, but they so far, haven't found a home church,
so it's possible they might just decide to come back to his
home church. We would love that.............. as
would his parents, to say the least!! lol
#7
Thankful for pizza puffs from Lil Caesars, our lunch today.
Haven't had them in a long time and was kinda craving
them..........and I have to say, they were so yummy
and did not disappoint!! lol
#8
Thankful hubby and I made Rolo's candies again this week.
We made some a few weeks ago. They are delicious and
very easy to make in about 10 mins. We both love chocolate
turtles candies, and these are a close 2nd..
Here is a Christmas post with the recipe, once you arrive
at the post, scroll down to the bottom for the recipe.
Truly everyone loves these, and we typically make
them at Christmas, but they are good anytime.
#9

are strawberries, peaches, bananas, watermelon, and
pineapple. and thankful they make into some really
yummy smoothies. So refreshing especially in the
summer time
