Hello Sweet Friends,
Hope your week has been a good one.
Ours has been good, loved all the festivities
of Independence Day Celebrations but
we have hada lot of Summer Storms all
week in the afternoons, a few times the
Thunder and lightning have nearly given
us a heart attack, Seriously!!
We are loving the results tho of all the
rain, cause our grass and plant life looks
so green and lush, so a lil more rain and
a lil less thunder and lightning would
be our perfect desire. lol
Pictures today are of whimsical
patriotic pictures. If you have followed
me for long you know we are all about
dragging out any and all celebrations.
So that is my attempt at dragging out
4th of July just a wee bit longer. lol
Now on with my Thankfuls......

Thankful our Son and lil darling got to go to
see Our Daughter and Son-in-love for the
4th of July and some Summer fun.

Thankful that hubby read about a pillow
for sciatica, that I didn't think would
work for me, but caused me to try a
different pillow that I already have and
I slept really well and got up with
my back pain feeling so much better.
Note: It has been like that everyday
for a week, so hap hap happy about
that.

Thankful that my friend that had the
hole in her esophagus is doing so much
better every day. She is a walking
miracle for sure. She is still eating
soft foods and just started some at
home theraphy to help her get
stronger with her walking.

Thankful for a sweet and unexpected
surprise this morning. I went to check
my Instagram account and what to
my wandering eyes should appear.???
My Sweet Granddaughter doing an
ad for her Aunt's Beach house rental.
So Cute!! and so sweet cause I am
missing her.........

Thankful for our 250th Anniversary
of America. Best Place on the planet
to live................
Ours is quiet this year, but will still
had picnic fare.....and watched fireworks
from across the street at our neighbors
house. Always fun!!

Thankful to be able to watch all the
Independence day festivities held in
Washington DC on TV with Newsmax.
So encouraging to see all those Americans
who love our Country, and know that their
were tons more watching from home.
Thankful for our Christian Radio station
Z-88. Love listening to it and it helps
keep my spirits up so many times when
life events seem heavy.

Thankful that our Son and lil darling
made it back home safe and sound, and
that they had a great time with our
Daughter and hubby, his sister and
lil darling favorite Auntie.
Thankful to get to talk with our Daughter
today, as it has been a week, and it was
fun hearing about the fun time with her
brother and lil darling. Always makes
us happy to know they have so much fun
together. Always fun to see the pics too!
Lil darling sent us a few while they were
there as well.

Thankful for all the people who came here
from other countries for the world cup,
and all the wonderful comments they had
to say about America and her people.
That just shows who the people of
America really are, and what a great
place this is to live. Love it....
Thankful to see so many on facebook
showing videos and pictures of all the
wonderful Independence Day celebrations
for our 250th Anniversary.

Thankful that our Daughter has decided
to manage their own properties rather
than use other property managers, and
she has been doing the Lake House already
and is gonna start doing the Beach cottage
soon. She will do a great job, as she is so
full of ideas, some that she couldn't use
while using other property managers, so
this will give her the freedom she needs
to continue to make them great spaces
for their guests.
