Greetings Sweet Friends,

Hope this finds you and yours doing well.

Can't believe it is Thursday already, this

week has just flown by....but even in it's

flying by..... it's been a good week.

Pictures today are of Beachy scenes since I have 

no new pictures to show you, and since we are in

 the middle of Summer seems like a good thing 

since most people at least think about the beach

during Summer.  So thanks to Pixabay I can

show you some lovely scenes.

So on with my Thankfuls.....

Thankful that I just posted last weeks Thankful

 Thursday and it was perfect..............it has been

 so long since I have been able to do that cause 

something has been wrong with their editor, 

and I could fix some things but other things

would just not cooperate, so I finally gave up

 on having a completely normal post. 

 So can't wait to see if this one posts correctly too. 

 That would be an awesome trend, for sure.

Note: and it mostly did.....I did have to

correct a couple of things, but it was in

a totally different area than before.

Thankful that the last few weeks I have gotten back

to working on my closet again, and I have made 

some considerable progress already.  So quite

happy about that, as I seemed to keep getting

sidetracked by life events............lol

Thankful that hubby and I moved our family

room around.  It is always a nice change

and gives us a different view of things.

Thankful for an unexpected sizeable restaurant gift

 certificate from some dear long time friends, It was 

their tithe off of money someone gave to them. 

 A clever and sweet idea.....I have to say.

Thankful we all accomplished more down

at Susan's house.  Getting there but still

lots to do, but He is getting to the fun

stuff here soon.

Thankful that I had prepared dinner

last night, so all I had to do was pop

it in the oven.  As we were hungry

as bears after working at Susans......lol  

and If I do say so myself,  it was all

yummy.  Bourbon pork roast, Mac' and

cheese made with leftover sketti, and

green bean casserole.

Yum Yum!!

Thankful for Air Conditioning and fans, as it

 is hot as blue blazes in Florida this time of year.  lol

Thankful for Sunday naps, that are so rejuvenating.

We can never get accused of working too hard

on a Sunday!!

Thankful to talk with my friend with the

esophageal problem again, and she is doing

 really well, and trying to get back to some

since of normality, but sure that is gonna

take some time. Glad to hear her sounding

so much better, and able to talk a lil bit

longer, and to hear her laugh about some

thing crazy that happened during a funeral

her husband was officiating. Her hubby

is a Pastor.

Thankful for my sweet hubby and for his sense 

of humor and all the sweet, loving and helpful

 things he does for me every single day.

Thankful that a lil baby we have been praying for

 about 8 months I would say, hopefully had his last

 surgery last week, and tho he had an infection

because it was a colon surgery, he is doing a lot

 better. His name is Truman and looks like such

 a sweet lil guy. He has had about 3-4 surgeries

 now. Sooo... praying this is the last one.

Thankful for a sweet and lovely visit with

 another long time friend today,, It was so

nice she could come over, and enjoyable for

both of us, as we never run out of things

to talk about.....love that!!
