Morning Sweet Friends,
Hope you are doing well, only 8 more days
until it is officially Summer! Amazing!!
How did we get here so fast??
Thought I would show you the pics of our
belated Mother's Day table, even tho it
was last month. This table could be used
for a ladies birthday or luncheon, or for a
Spring table or even for Valentines Day.
If your remember from another post
where I was beginning to put this table
together (here) I told you that these
plates and napkins were paper goods.
with a paint daubs affect
Had this wreath for a long time so just stuck
a candle in the center and it became a quick
and easy centerpiece.
Added napkins near the silverware
and in the glasses for color and interest.
I like to do tables with paper goods
every so often, since it makes for easy
cleanup but also it is just a nice change
and also is an encouragement to any-
one who would like to set a pretty
table.....but maybe don't have china
or dishes they think will work.
Tip: I make it a habit when I go into
discount stores like Ross, Marshalls,
Home goods, Dollar tree or Christmas
tree and now At Home to check out
their paper goods area and when I find
pretty ones @ a great price I get them
for later use if I don't know what I am
gonna do with them right off the bat....lol
Folded them like fans for the girls!!
Thanks for coming by....
Have a great week
and
keep your light shining brightly
Hugs and Blessings,
Nellie

I just love your "fan" napkins! I really love all of the beautiful paper plates they make now-a-days! They are so colorful AND unbreakable, ha! Beautiful setting as always! You surely make family gatherings a specialty and enjoyable! Love you, Susan
ReplyDeleteMorning Susan,
ReplyDeleteYea, I agree the paper goods these days are so much prettier and classy than those we had
when we were growing up.

Pretty plates. The center arrangement just like the print of the plates. The fan fold is pretty as well. Soothing table.
