Thankful Thursday November 21, 2024, and Fall desserts
T hrough him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name. Hebrews 1...
I hugged a friend as she left this morning. We shared coffee, cares & prayers. Now, sending a visual hug () your way....along with prayers for those phone interviews & calls to bring some "sight" to your "faith"!
ReplyDeleteAnd here's a BIG ((HUG)) coming right back to you!
ReplyDeleteCan you believe that I was just studying this morning about the Prodigal Son and the hugs and kisses his Father showered on him...and I was recalling precious hugs that stand out in my memory! Great poem! Thank you so much for sharing.
Today is Tony's B-day and I am being very spontaneous...inviting some of his co-workers over for coffee and cake! Must get going!
Love you. Jess
Hugs are so important! My kindergarden group are always giving each other hugs (ah, except Delton, ha! I don't think he'd appreciate hugs, lol!) There are so many teachers I work with that have been giving me hugs, knowing I'm retiring this year!
ReplyDeleteThe best hug ever will be when our Heavenly Father takes us in His Arms and gives us His hug to welcome us into His Kingdom!
Hug and love to you,
Love Susan
That wedding must have been so much fun! I can't wait to see more pictures. Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteI'm also glad for your encouraging developments. I'm sure it won't be long now before things turn around and the two of you get on a new path.
I'm house hunting, myself. And you know I'm looking for a girly house! That's hard to find. I don't want to build. I'm afraid of the horror stories about builders going out of business half way through. I can't wait to move and start over in a new house. I love happy changes like that!
hugs,
Caroline
I just know the wedding was wonderful and can't wait until the happy couple has seen the pictures so you can share some with your friendly blogging wedding watchers.
ReplyDeleteI liked the poem about the hug, and I feel very encouraged for your hubby.
