Scripture Sunday - Things God hates....

There are six things the LORD hates,

seven that are detestable to him:

 haughty eyes, a lying tongue,

hands that shed innocent blood,

a heart that devises wicked schemes,

feet that are quick to rush into evil,

a false witness who pours out lies

and a person who stirs up conflict

in the community.

Psalm 6:16-19 NIV

Have a Very Blessed Day,

  1. Good Sunday morning, Nellie, it seems all these are happening now, God's heart must be breaking.
    Have a blessed Sunday.

  2. Definitely a sign we are living in "the last days." II Timothy 3:1-5 shares these very things.
"There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of GOD - having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them." Praise the LORD for His Holy Spirit Who leads, guides, and directs those He has chosen for His purposes! Love you all, Susan

  3. Morning Sue,
So nice to hear from you as always.
I so agree with you about those verses.......and yes, I agree God's heart must be broken
for sure.....as I know it breaks mine and most people's heart to see what is happening in
our nation......but so thankful God knows and sees it all and has it all under control.

Hope you are having a good week so far...
    LOve and Blessings,
    Nellie

  4. Morning Susan,

Thanks for coming by and yes, it sure seems we are in the "last Days" with all that is happening in our country and in the world..... but No one knows the day or the hour of HIS return, so all we have to go by is the signs of the times.......which you listed. So we are
to wait and watch for HIS coming.........who knows it could be today!!

Very Thankful that God is in control of it all............

    Love, Nellie
