but whose delight is in the law of the LORD, and who meditates on his law day and night.
That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers.

ReplyDeleteAnother one of the psalms that I have memorized. A few years ago, I really was feeling anxious about memory loss, so I wanted to work on building my memory. What better thing to memorize than Scripture! I have memorized several psalms in their entirety (including Psalm 1). I've also memorized the Beatitudes, the entire book of James, and dozens of smaller passages. I used a website called Bible Memory.com to do this. Their method makes it easy....and it's a free site!

That is really neat that you have memorized a full psalm. I can quote a lot of scripture from over the years, but can't always tell you where it is, but my hubby can. It is really good for our brains to do that like you say..........I will have to look up that bible memory site.
