Coastal Bedroom #3

Happy Tuesday Sweet Friends,

So how was your long weekend??
Hope you got to enjoy it and have
 some fun..............

We did!!
We watched a cute movie called
"Yours, mine and ours", decorated my guest
bath for Fall, while hubby put a new faucet
in our kitchen, had a long chat with Dee,
made a recipe for something I have been
looking for, went to Sunday school and had
a good class, then on to a good worship ser-
vice, got frozen yogurt (and it was buy one
get one free) can't beat that!! lol
Had a fun time with Scott, and Megan and
got to see lil darling too, of course, and that
always puts a smile on our face, ate some
good Mexican food, went out to the
movies to see a new movie. so it was a
fun weekend.

Here is part 3 of our coastal bedroom,
and there will be a Part 4 as well.

If you noticed in the collage you could
hardly see the blown glass Jonah in the
whale, so decided to put a few small
books underneath and it did help some.

This picture on top of the boxes is a
picture we took while on a beach
vacation we took about 2 yrs. ago.
We saw this lovely white sailboat
right out in front of us...........so it
is a nice memory of that trip.

This vignette is on the top of our armoire,
and it was hard to get a good picture of it.
This pic and the one below very taken
with a flash.

This really looks so much prettier in person,
just hard to capture it with the camera for
some reason. Guess it is just the lighting.

This pic and the one below were taken
without a flash.  I tweaked this vignette
a lil if you look at the one in the collage

Doors of the armoire
needed a lil something!

Polar Coordinates affect just for fun!

This was one of two candles that hubby
got me for my birthday some years
back,  one is tall the other short, this
is the short one, and they are faux
candles, and I like them, but decided
they needed a lil change up to go
with our new look...............

Starfish tags to the rescue,  just tied them
on with some string,  and actually like
this look better.  This is the taller one.
Think I really like the addition of the
 blue color ...............just looks more
interesting and Coastal.

Here is the short one all lite up.
Found a great place to put them,
and you will see that in Part #4,
which will be coming on Thurs.
of this week...............
Lord willing!!

Thanks for coming by ..........

always great to know you came.

  1. Wow! I felt like I just went through a whirlwind of a day, ha! Such beautiful candles, you hate to light them and let them melt away! I guess you could always get those fake lit candles and put them inside, no one would no the difference!

I think I need to take Dolly (my dog) to a psychiatrist, ha! She just barks at everything anymore!
    Love you all, Susan
