Well, I had just asked you yesterday how old your kids were, and how quickly I have gotten an answer. What a beautiful young woman Deeanna has become!! My church yearbooks have her much younger (of course, my kids were little more than toddlers in the church yearbook!).
ReplyDeleteIt IS wonderful, isn't it, to not only be parents to our children, but to be friends too. We are very close to our children, and our hearts grieve for those we know who do not enjoy a similar relationship with their teen or young adult children.
My daughter, too, loves to cook. Her hope is to attend culinary school to further develop those skills.
A very happy birthday to your sweet girl. May her day be abundantly blessed and filled with lots of love and joy.

ReplyDeleteI remember when I was babysitting for you one time and Dee was crying. I brought her out into the living room and placed her on a pillow beside me. She went right to sleep.
Time really passes. I'm so glad she is so happy. I love my neice with all my heart! Her picture with J is great! I hope you don't mind, I added it to "My family" file. I have everyone listed in this file. I need to go in and subfile it, ha! Happy Birthday, DeeAnna!
